Tom Takes Part In Regular Radio Talk Shows

Tom has been a nutritionist and food consultant, personal trainer, motivational coach, and health & spa club owner. He has also spent much of his time writing articles on the health and fitness concept. Tom has also become a regular radio show host and has been interviewed around 30 times on shows like Martha Stewart’s Healthy Living Radio Show on Sirius, ESPN 1250 Sports Talk and WCBS AM.

The Body Fat Solution

After writing “Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle” Tom wrote an additional hardback book called “The Body Fat Solution”, a book that has featured in Oprah Winfrey’s magazine, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and First for Women Magazine.

He describes in the book how taking in more calories than we burn can be detrimental but can also be manipulated in our favour, particularly if you are looking to gain muscle and lose flab. The book also explains why it is so difficult to balance calorie input with calorie output.

Some of Tom’s articles on natural bodybuilding have appeared on all the leading magazine periodicals including Exercise for Men, Iron Man, Body Building the Natural Way, Men’s Exercise, Muscular Development and Muscle Zone.

Practically all of his articles feature tips on what to eat and what to avoid, how to lose weight and gain muscle and how gaining muscle increases metabolism, which in turn helps the body to lose weight faster.
